ABOUT PLATFORME

PlatformE is a technology company founded in 2015 with a mission to drastically reduce overproduction and waste in fashion. A complete focus on made-to-order allows brands not only to create brand new categories of customized and personalized products but also to introduce a fully sustainable offering.

In addition, the company has propelled its phygital division with technological infrastructure to allow brands, retailers and concepts to create an on-demand physical offering to its digital activations, complete with traceability functions.

With offices in London and Guimarães, it currently boasts a staff of 40+ employees.

Platforme powers digital customization for luxury brands including Hermes, Dior, Gucci, Fendi, Zegna, Sergio Rossi as well as retailers such as Nordstrom and Farfetch.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Ben Demiri – Co-Chairman
Ben holds a BSc in Molecular Biology, and MBA. His expertise lies in fashion enterprise management, brand development and licensing. Prior to co-founding Platforme, Ben led as the SIX London CEO.

José Neves – Co-Chairman
José launched Farfetch in 2008, which has since evolved into a platform for the luxury industry, connecting customers in over 190 countries with items from 700 of the world’s best boutiques and brands.

Gonçalo Cruz – CEO
Gonçalo holds a Bsc/Msc in Industrial Engineering. Previously, Gonçalo held posts at Fedex, Accenture, launched Groupon in the Southern European region and several other 3D and tech start-ups.
